1. Introduction
Under Meta’s Platform Policies, users of the AI Instagram Auto Responder App have the right to request deletion of their data that has been collected, stored, or processed through our app.
We only access limited data through the Meta (Instagram) API for functionality such as generating automated replies to messages and comments.
2. Data We Collect
Our app may temporarily access:
- Basic Instagram account information (username, ID, profile picture).
- Messages and comments for generating AI responses.
- Access tokens for authentication.
This data is used only while the user is actively connected to the app and is automatically deleted when the user revokes permissions or requests deletion.
3. How to Delete Your Data
You can delete your data from our system in two ways:
Option 1 – Through Meta (Recommended)
- Go to your Facebook/Instagram Settings → Security → Apps and Websites.
- Find AI Instagram Auto Responder in the list of connected apps.
- Click Remove or Revoke Access.
- Once access is removed, all your tokens and data are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
Option 2 – Direct Request to Us
If you prefer, you can send a manual request:
- Email us at digitalnomadsarea@gmail.com
- Use the subject: “Data Deletion Request”
- Include your Instagram username or account ID used with the app.
We will delete all associated data within 48 hours and confirm by email.
4. Data Retention
We only retain user data for as long as it is necessary to operate the automation features.
When a user disconnects or deletes the app, all related data (messages, tokens, and logs) are permanently erased.
